There Is Only One Mine, Q; What is the mind?
A: The mind is amechanical process. If you look close¬ ly enough you will see that you could not be that mechanical process because you are observing it. You are watching it move. You are not moving. It is moving. When you see this you will find out what the problem has been all along. Then you will say, "Oh my God, look what I've been doing! All these years 1thought I was my mind, Ithought 1was my thoughts and feel¬ ings, and because 1thought 1was my thoughts and feel¬ ings, 1acted like afool!" It is very humiliating and humbling when you realize that you have been apuppet all your life. You need to look deeply and find this out for yourself. Then you will realize there is only one mind, and you will see how everybody is lost in the s a m e d r e a m . 1 3 6
