Finishing Means Ending, Working Out Means Continuing Q: Iwant to be completely Free, and so Iam very interested in understanding where alot of my past traumas originally began. Ifeel that maybe this way Iwill be able to finish with them forever. Am Igoing in the right direction?

A: If you truly want to be Free, then that means that you are interested only in finishing with all of your past right now. Finishing with it means leaving it alone. Finishing with it means leaving all of it completely alone, and only then can you be finished with it. Do you understand? Finishing with it means leaving it alone and not picking it up again.
