Just Lean Back
p. 98
ust Lean Back All you have to do is shift alittle bit back inside yourself. Just shift back and you might find something very nice. You don't even have to close your eyes. All you have to do is lean back and allow yourself to rest. If you lean back you will realize that you were always off- balance leaning forward. All you have to do is lean back. It's very simple. Leaning back doesn't take any effort. Leaning forward takes alot of effort. When you lean back you will discover effortlessness. That is happiness. It's just amatter of getting adifferent perspective. It's a very delicate movement. You have to be aware from somewhere else. Find out where. Once you find it you will feel, "Ah, that's it!" It's like getting athread through aneedle. This has nothing to do with making effort. It has to do with allowing yourself to give up all the effort of becoming. This is only asimple shift of attention from the unreal to the real, and that's all. When you stop making effort, then you will be there. It doesn’t take time. Simply seek the insecurity of not-knowing and abide there. 9 8
