Doing Is Being as Much as Not-Doing Is Being

p. 183

Doing Is Being as Much as Not-Doing Is Being Q: I'm wondering why 1get so caught up in doing instead of just being.

A: The only way you can be caught up in doing rather than Being is when you have misconstrued ideas about what doing means and about what Being means. Being does not in any way imply not-doing. Doing is Being as much as not-doing is Being. All is Being, including all motion and all stillness. Q: Ifeel tension when 1have to do something.

A: Tension is part of Being also. 1 8 3
