A: Realize that you have been practicing ignorance, unknowingly and unwillingly. Realize that you have been confining and limiting yourself. Realize that this is only ahabit that you learned along time ago. Q; How can 1break that habit?
A: By doing the opposite. By not mechanically limiting your attention to this or that. It is effortless, easy and natural. Just simply stop. Stop trying. Stop trying to overcome, stop trying to avoid, stop trying to arrive. Just stop. Unconditionally stop. Practice absolute renunciation. Do you understand? Q: Yes.
A: Have you begun? Q: Yes.
A: Does it feel easy and natural? Q: No, not yet.
