A: Yes, to be fearless means not being intimidated by fear. Not being intimidated by fear means whether you experience fear or not it can no longer have the power to prevent you from doing the right thing. When fear can no longer prevent you from doing the right thing it is living proof that you have won. Fear must not be able to frighten you to such adegree that it inhibits correct action.
