does everybody know what emergence is emergence have you heard of that word emergence so emergence is when potentials higher potentials come into being enter into time and space higher potentials enter into time and space that didn't exist before you follow that's what emergence means so that means when higher potentials that never existed before enter into time and space you follow so it's when something new that never happened before suddenly enters into time and space something that never existed before suddenly appears and go wow never saw that before that's totally new you follow that's what we're interested in so what we're interested together is giving rise to emergence which is a concept that comes from evolutionary biology originally but we're applying it to Consciousness we're interested in giving rise to emergence at the level of Consciousness and culture pretty bold right very bold so this is this is I'm just trying to give you some general orienting principles so what we want to do together is do we were're going to create the perfect conditions in which a a higher potentials at the level of Consciousness would enter into being come into being that never existed before doing it together our success our success depends upon you the individual our success depends upon you the individual should I say it one more time just in case you missed it but I know you didn't our success depends upon you the individual I'm trying to also help train everybody to begin to think it this is all this is all training for Life anyway and if you begin to realize that it's really up to you anyway even if you weren't here with me for these 10 days that's the truth anyway it is up to you anyway and of course a lot of people don't know that a lot of people don't know that a lot of people don't think about that so I'm trying to do a lot of things all the same time here so so our our success at giving rise to potentials that don't exist yet depend upon you so I want you to really allow yourself to feel burdened positively burdened who burdened with the responsibility burden with the responsibility of our Collective shared Victory so you need to feel a sense of responsibility well I don't really know what's going on here I mean nobody even told I how can I I don't know I don't know what I'm doing I'll I'll explain it all to you so you don't have to worry about that I'll fill in all the gaps but I just want you to just begin to entertain this idea that this is that our success here depends upon your taking responsibility for it all the individuals all 300 of us we all have to take responsibility for giving this everything we've got so that if we succeed together which we will I'm pretty sure we're going to um you will you will have given rise to a a possibility for Humanity through your own efforts that will give you a sense of spiritual self-confidence about Humanity as a whole and about the evolution of Consciousness and ultimately about the evolution of the cosmos itself it'll it it'll all suddenly the fact that this that this entire that Cosmic Evolution that gave which gave rise to biological evolution which gave rise to conscious evolution cultural Evolution and conscious evolution it's going to give you confidence and all of it in the in the entire evolutionary unfolding because of your own efforts and this the whole teaching of evolutionary Enlightenment is basically designed to give people spiritual self-confidence right when people really when people awaken and will talk a lot about this when people awaken to Evolution when they realize that that that their that their own experience of Consciousness and cognition and and all of your Human Experience your biological experience your cultural experience everything all of your experience has been produced and given rise rise to by a cosmic process a cosmic Continuum and you realize that when you begin to take responsibility for all for everything that's made it possible for you to have the experience to be the person that you are when you take a measure of responsibility for everything that's ever happen since the beginning of time yourself through through through the through through your powers of valtion choice the this is the your your capacity to take greater responsibility for being alive as you begin to do that as you begin to exercise those muscles of taking a very deep deep sense deep and profound sense of responsibility for what it means to exist in this universe as yourself when you begin to take a deep and profound measure of responsibility for what that means in an evolutionary context it you begin to feel this incredible nonu nonseparation from The evolutionary processes as a whole you really you really realize that you and this entire creative movement which is the which is you know the the evolution of uh of the entire Cosmos is actually is is one and not two so as as we as we as you consider this what I'm asking you to do which is taking responsibility for what we are attempting to do together is your your uh your the degree to which you are successful in doing that will connect you with and as as it'll become clear over the next 10 days well you'll begin to experience a connection with the evolutionary process as a whole not at the level of theory but at the level of direct experience what do you
