when you pay attention to consciousness and you stop paying attention to your thoughts and you stop paying attention to your feelings and you stop paying attention to your ideas and you stop paying attention to your opinions and you start paying attention to consciousness the feeling of consciousness the experience of consciousness and the presence of consciousness starts to expand and get bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and the bigger the feeling of consciousness gets the bigger the expansion of consciousness gets the more powerful and profound is the feeling of freedom of I am freedom because the nature of consciousness is freedom already consciousness is always free consciousness itself is always free so the more you pay attention to consciousness you start to feel the expansion does an expansion happens it's like going up in a balloon gets bigger and bigger and bigger and what happens is as you continue to pay attention to consciousness is at the mind like let this is the mind which was here the mind starts falling away it starts getting smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and the mind starts falling away from you the mind starts falling away the mind starts disappearing and when the mind disappears when the mind disappears all there is is conscious that there's nothing else and what's very interesting if you keep going with this you keep going eventually after your mind disappears when your mind disappears your awareness of the world disappears also when the mind disappears the world disappears when the world disappears your awareness of your own physical form disappears and the miracle is the miracle is when everything disappears you are still there but not your mind your personality and not your body but the feeling of you the feeling of I now is everywhere no body no mind no personality no world no universe infinite space infinite Akasha infinite space infinite Akasha and the nature of that space is I or I am that's all there is
